About MP3 Downloads

About MP3 downloads

The MP3 Format

The sermons are provided in MP3 format (.mp3) which are smaller and retain excellent audio quality.

Listening to MP3 files

The MP3 format can be played by VLC Player (an open-source media player that plays most audio and video formats), Windows Media Player, Real Player, Apple iTunes (or QuickTime) and many other media players.

What the Numbers Mean

The first number beside the download indicates the size of the MP3 in megabytes; the second is the duration in minutes and seconds. For example:

indicates that the sermon's file size is 16.7 megabytes and it is 58 minutes and 41 seconds long.

We Suggest Downloading the File

Because the size of these MP3s is significant, you may wish to save them to your computer.

This also makes it easier to transfer the sermons to your portable MP3 player for playback when you're away from your computer.

How to Download the MP3s

To ensure that your computer downloads the file rather than playing it on-line, right-click on the link, then (depending on the menu options) choose Save Target As or Save Link As to download the file to a location on your computer.
